Nothing hidden.
Everything on-chain.
All platform wallets, fee flows, ZK certificates, LP locks, and governance outcomes are publicly verifiable on Cardano. This page is the single source of truth, updated in real time.
Generated by zero-knowledge proof and anchored on Cardano L1 at the close of every DarkVeil phase. Issued for both Tier B (Cardano-based) and Tier C (Midnight-native) launches. Tier C certificates are relayed to Cardano L1 for public verification. Individual wallet addresses and buy amounts remain private forever: not even the platform can see them.
The LP escrow contract has no withdraw() function. LP tokens lock for 365 days from graduation. Migration to a whitelisted DEX is only possible after lock expiry, and underlying ADA and tokens never appear in any wallet during migration.
Tier C launches run entirely on Midnight Network. The platform funds all user Midnight transaction fees (DUST) from NIGHT holdings held in the ops wallet. DUST is generated at a rate of 5 DUST per NIGHT held (max capacity) and consumed at approximately 0.714 DUST per NIGHT per day at sustained load. Exact per-transaction DUST costs are measured on Midnight preprod before each launch.
Compact has no cross-contract call mechanism, so for Tier C, DarkVeil, Bonding Curve, and Eligibility Gate logic all run inside this one deployed contract with a single shared cap ledger, rather than as three independent PSMs.
CTO votes are privately balloted via Midnight over 72 hours, requiring 5% of total token supply to reach quorum. Results and all enforcement actions are anchored on Cardano L1. A passed vote automatically redirects all future creator escrow payments and LP trading fees to the CTO wallet.
NIGHT/USD price is the median of the Orcfax on-chain datum and the Minswap TWAP cross-checked value. All DarkVeil registration eligibility checks run against this price at the registration block.
All Noctis smart contracts undergo independent third-party security audit before any mainnet deployment. Priority 1 scope covers the DarkVeil PSM (double-registration, re-entrancy, participation-rate manipulation), LP Escrow (migration atomicity, whitelist bypass, lock expiry manipulation), and cross-contract ZK proof verification.
Formal verification is required for three properties: bonding curve integral correctness, LP migration atomicity, and ZK proof soundness. All audit reports and any unresolved findings will be published here in full.
