Public from the first day, on the Preprod network. Balances and every transaction each one has ever made are readable by anyone, without asking us.
[ The record ]
ZK Fair Launch Certificates 0
Generated by zero-knowledge proof and anchored on Cardano L1 at the close of every DarkVeil phase, whichever chain the launch settles on. A Midnight launch's certificate is relayed to Cardano for the same public verification. Individual wallet addresses and individual buy amounts stay private forever — there is no mechanism that could reveal them, to us or to anyone.
Nothing anchored yet.
A certificate appears here automatically the moment any launch's DarkVeil phase closes.
LP escrow 0
The escrow contract has no withdraw. LP locks for 365 days from graduation, and migration to a whitelisted DEX is only possible after that. During a migration the underlying ADA and tokens never appear in any wallet.
Nothing has graduated yet.
An escrow record appears here after the first curve reaches 100% sell-through.
Midnight: DUST budget and PSM status 0
A Midnight launch runs entirely on Midnight Network, and the platform pays every user's transaction fee there out of NIGHT it holds. Three of the four figures below are published protocol constants. The fourth is not published anywhere, and is measured on preprod rather than estimated.
- DUST generation
- 5 DUST / NIGHT at capacity
- Sustainable spend
- 0.714 DUST / NIGHT / day
- Grace period
- 3 hours
- Cost per transaction
- Measured on preprod
No Midnight launches yet.
A Midnight Launch opens to creators once its token standard and graduation venue are settled. Real launches appear here when it does.
On Midnight, one deployed contract carries the DarkVeil registration, the eligibility gate and the bonding curve together, over a single shared cap ledger. Compact has no cross-contract call, so a cumulative cap across two phases can only be enforced inside one contract.
Community takeover votes 0
A CTO ballot is cast privately on Midnight over 72 hours. It needs 5% of total supply from at least 15 distinct voters to reach quorum, with every voter's weight capped at 1% of supply — the creator's included. Results and every enforcement action are anchored on Cardano. A passed vote moves both creator income streams to the community wallet automatically: the curve escrow pays it instead of the creator, and the pool’s royalty key is rewritten to it, so later trades feed it directly.
No votes have been held.
Records appear here after the first completed ballot.
Security audits 0
Every contract is independently audited before any mainnet deployment. Three properties additionally require formal verification: the bonding curve integral, LP migration atomicity, and ZK proof soundness. Reports are published here in full, including anything left unresolved.
Nothing published yet.
The platform is pre-mainnet. The audit is commissioned and its results published here before anything is deployed live.
